Seoul SK Knights have appointed Kim Won-Sang as their new head coach. According to the team's official announcement, Kim was previously the leader of SK Telecom's Comm Support Team. He has extensive experience in external cooperation, having served as policy cooperation team leader and CR strategy team leader. As the new head coach of Seoul SK Knights, Kim will lead the team to success in the KBL. In the 2025-2026 season, Seoul SK Knights finished 4th in the regular season under the leadership of head coach Jeon Hee-Cheol, securing a spot in the 6th playoff. However, they lost to 5th-placed Goyang Sonat in the playoffs, failing to advance to the quarterfinals.
